Payment Questions
1. Can I pay with Credit Card?
Yes. Please use Clickbank or Paypal to pay with your credit card.
2. Can I pay with non-US currency?
Yes. Clickbank or Paypal accept multi-currency payments.
3. Can I pay with Paypal?
Yes. Click  to buy your product as usual.
On the sales page, click "or Click HERE to pay by Paypal."
as shown below.
4. How do I buy a template?
1. Select the template you want. Click  .
You will be transferred to the payment page.
2. Enter your billing details.
2.1 Check that you selected the product you want.
2.2 Check if taxes are correct, if applicable.
3. Once the credit card details are accepted, you are sent to the
Download page where you can download the template online.
4. Click the Download Template link.
5. Click Save to save the file to your computer.
6. Clickbank will send you an e-mail with your Receipt Number.
Please keep this for any queries.
Note: Your next credit card statement will show a payment to
CLIKBANK as Clickbank performed the actual credit card transaction.
5. Why doesn't the Zip file doesn't open?
Some templates are zipped up due to their file size. If you download a template as a
ZIP file and it doesn't open, it probably means the download was interrupted during
download. In general, this means the line went down temporarily and the zip file didn't
download completely.
Email us the receipt number from the email you received from Clickbank and we'll send
you over another copy.
Return Policy
6. What is your return policy?
Klariti Ltd will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any
defective product within 8 weeks from the date of purchase. After 8 weeks all sales are
final.
7. How are customer inquiries handled?
When a customer contacts us, our first response is to offer technical support for the
product. If the product is unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons beyond our control
then a refund may be processed.
Note: Refunds are credited to the account used to make the original
purchase.
8. What about customers who try to abuse the return policy?
Customers requesting serial or repeated returns will be blocked from making further
purchases.
9. Returns policy for returns requested within 8 weeks?
Customers who request a return within 8 weeks of purchase may be approved if the
customer provides evidence that their case merits a return.
10. Returns policy for returns requested after 8 weeks?
Customers requesting a return after 8 weeks will be directed to Customer Support.
Customers may request a return of any card up to 12 weeks after the date of the ClickBank
customer's purchase.
11. My Credit Card is not accepted?
Our ecommerce provider may decline credit cards from certain countries. If this occurs
please contact us at info at klariti dot com
and we can process the transaction through Paypal.
License
12. Limited Usage Granted
Each product has a single user license. Please purchase additional product if you
require more copies, for example, share templates with your colleagues.
13. Modifications
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your
purposes. This includes changing the text, design, layout, logos etc.
14. Unauthorized Use
You may not copy our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website,
digital device, other media and offer them for redistribution or resale without permission
from Klariti Ltd.
15. Assignability
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license without prior written consent
from Klariti Ltd.
16. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual property rights to any of our products, modified or
unmodified. All products are property of Klariti Ltd.
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either
expressed or implied. In no event shall Klariti Ltd be liable for any damages including,
but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or
other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
