1. What type of payments do you accept?

You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Eurocard, Bravo, Diners Club, Carte Blanche, and JCB. We also accept PayPal.

The products we sell on this site are delivered to you by our ecommerce partner Clickbank (http://www.clickbank.com). ClickBank is the Internet's largest retailer of digital products.

 

2. Can I pay with non-US currencies?

Yes. Clickbank or PayPal accept multi-currency payments.

 

3. Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes. When you go to the sales page, click "Or Click HERE to pay by PayPal"

4. How do I buy a template?
1. Select the template you want. Click the Buy Now link.

You will be transferred to the payment page.

2. Enter your billing details.

2.2 Check if taxes are correct, if applicable.

3. Once the credit card details are accepted, you are sent to the Download page where you can download the template online.

4. Click the Click Here to Download link.



5. Click Save to save the file to your computer.

6. Clickbank will send you an e-mail with your Receipt Number. Please keep this for any queries.

Note: Your next credit card statement will show a payment to CLIKBANK as Clickbank performed the actual credit card transaction.

5. I tried to buy a product, but my credit card was declined. I know my card is good, so why did your system decline it?

We recommend contacting your credit card company first to determine if there is an issue with the provider that can be resolved. If your credit card company denies declining any charge, then your card was declined by Clickbank’s risk management system. This is a separate authorization system, so it cannot provide any information regarding the decline.

Please try using a different credit card or allowing 24-48 hours to lapse before making another attempt.

Note: ClickBank’s policy is to err on the side of caution, rather than risk facilitating counterfeit transactions. Other services may have a less stringent security system and therefore may also incur a higher percentage of fraud, which can be costly to everyone involved. We do our best to protect our clients from fraud.

 

6. I see a charge from ClickBank on my bank statement, but I don't recall what I bought. Where can I find out?

If you see a charge by ClickBank or CLKBANK on your bank statement, chances are that you or a person in your household made a purchase from ClickBank.

7. I need technical support for the product I purchased. Who do I contact?

If you experience trouble downloading a product, or you have other technical issues with a product, please contact .

This contact information is included in the confirmation email ClickBank send you immediately following your purchase. Please be patient and allow us 24 hours to respond.

8. ClickBank sent me an email confirming my return approval, but the credit has not posted to my account. When will I receive my credit?

If you used your credit/debit card or your PayPal account to make your purchase, the credit to your account could take up to 5 business days to post to your account. Please keep in mind that "business days" are Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. holidays.

9. I have not received my product, who do I contact?

Please email and include details of why you have not received your product, for example, you were not sent to the Download page or you accidentally deleted your template.

10. I've accidentally deleted my templates!

Please email with your receipt number.

If you have forgotten or lost this, let us know when you bought the templates and the email address you used to buy the products.

 

11. Why does my file say it's corrupt?

If you open a zip file that was interrupted during downloading, it may display an error message that the file is corrupt. What this means is that not all of the file have downloaded and therefore the system thinks its contents are corrupt.

Please try to download the file again or contact us for assistance. Email us the receipt number you received from Clickbank and we'll send you another copy.

 

12. What is your return policy?

Klariti Ltd will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 8 weeks from the date of purchase. After 8 weeks all sales are final.

 

13. How are customer inquiries handled?

When a customer contacts us, our first response is to offer technical support for the product. If the product is unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons beyond our control then a refund may be processed. Note: Refunds are credited to the account used to make the original purchase.

 

14. Clickbank won't accept credit cards from my country. What do I do?

Our ecommerce provider (Clickbank or PayLoadz) may decline credit cards from certain countries.

If this occurs, please contact us at and we will arrange an alternative way to make the payment.

 

15. Why doesn't the zip file open?

We save some templates in .zip format as they are quite large. Zipping the files means they download faster. If you downloaded a template in ZIP format and it doesn't open correctly, it probably means the download process was interrupted during the download.

In general, this means the line went down temporarily and the zip file didn't download completely. Email us the receipt number you received from Clickbank and we'll send you another copy.

Tip: To open a zip file, right-click on the zip file and 'extract' it to a folder on your PC.

If you open a file directly from the zip file, it will open as Read Only in Word or Excel. Please extract the files from the zip file first and then open them in Word.

However, you can always save these read-only files in Word by using the Save As command. The following video tutorial shows you how to do this.
