1. What file formats are the templates in?

The files work on Word 97, 2003, 2007, Office 2010, Windows 7, XP, Vista, and Apple Macintosh.

2. Can I download them online?

You can download the files instantly. After you make the payment, You are Automatically Sent To a Download Page from where you can save the templates to your PC.

3. What is the license agreement?

You can change any part of the templates that you wish. The main restriction is that you cannot sell, rent or license these templates as though they were your own. Read the License Agreement here

4. What is the refund policy?

We offer a 60 days refund policy.

6. I Want to Buy. How Does It Work?

Click the Buy button and you will be sent to a secure page on Clickbank.

 

1. This is the Klariti logo. It shows that this order is from Klariti.com.

2. This is the amount of the order. It defaults to USD but you can change it your local currency if you wish.

3. Enter your credit card details. Note that it asks for your Validation Code. This is the 3-digit code printed on the back of your card, to the right of the card number. This is to protect you as your card cannot be used without this information.

4. OPTIONAL – Click the PayPal logo if you want to pay with PayPal instead of your credit card.

5. Click Pay Now. Wait a few seconds – DON’T CLOSE THE BROWSER.

Clickbank will send you to the Download page on our site.

Click Save to save the file to your computer.

6. Save the files to your PC and check you have everything.

7.. Clickbank will send you an e-mail with your Receipt Number. Your credit card statement will show a payment to CLIKBANK.

7. Why was my credit card declined. I know it’s good?

We recommend contacting your credit card company first to determine if there is an issue with the provider that can be resolved. If your credit card company denies declining any charge, then your card was declined by Clickbank’s risk management system.

Note: ClickBank’s policy is to err on the side of caution, rather than risk facilitating counterfeit transactions. Other services may have a less stringent security system and therefore may also incur a higher percentage of fraud, which can be costly to everyone involved. We do our best to protect our clients from fraud.

8. What type of payments do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Eurocard, Bravo, Diners Club, Carte Blanche, and JCB.

We also accept PayPal. The products we sell on this site are delivered to you by our ecommerce partner Clickbank (www.clickbank.com). ClickBank is the Internet’s largest retailer of digital products.

10. I need technical support. Who do I contact?

If you experience trouble downloading a product, or you have other technical issues with a product, please contact Klariti Customer Support Email. 

This contact information is included in the confirmation email ClickBank send you immediately following your purchase. Please be patient and allow us 24 hours to respond.

11. I have not received my product. Who do I contact?

Please email Klariti Customer Support Emailand include details of why you have not received your product, for example, you were not sent to the Download page or you accidentally deleted your template.

12. I’ve accidentally deleted my templates!

Please email  with your receipt number. If you have forgotten or lost the receipt number, let us know when you bought the templates and the email address you used to buy the products.

13. Why does my file say it’s corrupt?

If you open a zip file during the download, it may display an error message that the file is corrupt. What this means is that not all of the file have downloaded and therefore the system thinks its contents are corrupt. Please try to download the file again or contact us for assistance. Email us the receipt number you received from Clickbank and we’ll send you another copy.

14. What is your return policy?

Klariti Ltd will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 8 weeks from the date of purchase.

15. How are customer inquiries handled?

When a customer contacts us, our first response is to offer technical support for the product. If the product is unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons beyond our control then a refund may be processed. Refunds are credited to the account used to make the original purchase.
