Delete File Versions - By creating multiple versions of an Microsoft Word
file, you may activate the Versioning feature which increases the file size. To see
whether a document contains other versions, click Versions on the File menu.

(object) contained in a source file and inserted into a destination file.) increase a
file's size. You may be able to reduce the Microsoft Word file size by converting the
embedded object to a graphic.
