Assign a keyboard shortcut to a style in Word
In Microsoft Word, you can create
shortcut keys for either new or existing styles. For example, you can create a shortcut
key to change your content into bold, bullet lists, or a paragraph heading.
This means that instead of having to use the style drop-down menu, you can
create keyboard shortcuts for the most frequently performed formatting tasks and
create your documents faster.
Definition: a shortcut key is a function
key, or key combination, used to carry out a menu command, for example CTRL+C, CTRL+V, or
CTRL+S |
